AFL W
  • The 2018 NAB AFL Women’s Competition will kick off with Carlton v Collingwood on Friday night, February 2 here at Ikon Park.
  • AFL general manager of clubs and broadcasting Travis Auld announces games will be free again, aside from the Round 2 match at Perth Stadium.
Observations
  • No double headers with JLT series matches
  • Melbourne v Collingwood at Traeger park is a small surprise given the areas AFLW links to Adelaide.
  • No games at Victoria Park for the Pies.
  • All Adelaide based Adelaide games at Norwood Oval
  • Giants one game in Canberra.
  • Adelaide one game in Darwin.
  • Full AFLW Fixture here.

Blues are locked in for Prime Time! We get 3 Friday night games, two Saturday night games and a Sunday Twilight game, probably all televised in Vic on Ch7.

Only one day game, over in WA and a return to Whitten Oval for Carlton, been awhile since we played for premiership points in Foot-a-scray.

Probably not. Deal is for Saturday nights on 7 only. Last year they showed the season opener, we dont yet know if thats the case next season.
I'm pretty sure I heard its the same as last year. Channel 7 will do all the Saturday night games plus the Friday night season opener. So eight games all up plus the GF

Sorry The_Wookie the above fixture is a bit hard to read.
