Clubs are never angels in these rumours either and players are often the last to know about conversations with agents especially when multiple moves are being made in one trade.

Miles, Townsend, Ellis, GHS, Newman all C Graders. I know beggars can’t be choosers but what on earth are Dew and Cameron trying to build. The most hotly contested award at the club next year is going to be best clubman. Is this meant to improve our culture? The professionalism of our players? The results of this experiment will be fascinating. Never seen a club try it before except perhaps when GWS first came into the comp but Power, Cornes, McDonald etc. were all guns when in their prime. This lot are all just honest toilers.
