Horrific awful news. The hits keep coming and this decision reflects terribly on Dew, Evans and Co.
Local kid, developed in our 4 walls and they can’t get him to want to be here representing his hometown.
Just disgraceful.
And in a few weeks the club will want to direct debit a couple of thousand dollars from my account.
I didn’t get my way with Lynch either-we rolled over. Why the frig are we having to pay something for the 2 Richmond cast offs? A swap of 3rd round picks will cost us about 15-17 places in the draft. They get maybe pick 39-41 and we languish in the early 50s.

It’s so disappointing. How can this club build memberships and enthuse kids to want to support this while we continue on this doormat trajectory??

The people of the GC deserve a much better start up from both the AFL and the Suns administrations.

I don't know why I think Bailey Scott nominated North a positive .a swap of future third round pick sit nicely for next year GC academy player - Budarick ,Aston , and Joyce . Very content with all the decision so far.

I feel your pain Bodsy but the blood letting has to happen

Cut the rot of any players who don't want to be here, draft some good kids and players desperate for a chance. Results will come and we will be where Brisbane is now, in 2 years time - a destination club that people want to break contract to join.

As much as it’s ‘rolling over’ with Lynch, pick 3 is way better than the alternative we would have received if we matched.

We’re also pretty unlikely to use a 3rd rounder anyway, Ellis is only 21 and Miles is a proven mid so I’m actually pretty stoked with that deal tbh

If you are a steroid cheating club with lots of money and members then it’s a god given right to take one Suns player a year for nothing.

2 ripper guys that will help set a good culture.
Ellis has been an outside player at the Tigs mainly due to who else we have. His best footy is inside.

Isn't a swap of Future 3rd ? Look like GC going to do something with this year 3rd .
Might.be swap pick for second Rd pick instead of using it for Corey Ellis and Miles .
