Blair and Whitecross type need to sell themselves to club like GC a bit earlier and not wait until every club settle their own list ( Delisted /traded playersp) and later came out and said they want to help build team culture after their current club no offering them contract . There are no planning or urgency to move interstate if they are not delisted.

Seems like dew is the one with the problems here. I had all the faith in the world with him but this is just stupid. Our midfield is absolutely pitiful as it is now we have delisted our strongest ball winner?

Same reason we let our best forward, defender, Ablett and hall loose - the moping, sulking and negativity from players who don’t want to be there is a cancer. It’s a burn down rebuild boys - either you’re in for the haul or out the door!

No point keeping great players if their attitude drags the kids down.

It's like we are trying to have the doors closed, I have zero confidence in the club at the moment, we ****ed up the draft, were smashed week after week last season, lost some very good players that couldn't see a path forward, have bought in plodders and fringe players, delisted a young inside mid in Longeran and then flick our best inside mid in Lyons.

Where are the positives, where are the strides forward?
