Yamaha have said they will give him a full spec factory bike and all the support if he wishes to go on.. i can see him starting a motogp vr46 team and bringing in his brother as his team mate on a lesser spec bike..

Yamaha have also just announce Jorge Lorenzo as their test rider for this year.. definitely pulling out all the stops

Channel 9 were always good at this type of stuff.

I thought the high side at 0:19 might have been Biaggi (red and white Malboro Yamaha always makes me think Max Biaggi), its actually Wayne Rainey but while looking for the video I came across Biaggi's wheelie across the line in 1998. I remember seeing it live (on TV) and being so sure he had gone to far.

Idk about anywhere else, but I know Max Biaggi is I think the 4th part of the montage @3secs, crashing the Rothmans 250 Honda at the first corner of the old, anti clockwise Misano, the fateful day Rainey became paralysed at the same spot.
