Hai Vast, welcome back you splendid kent.
:moustache::thumbsu:
Is big Joe gonna make it back anytime soon?

Training report from BBlitz (so scale back the optimism):

"Daniher - this guy is tracking superbly. There is no other way to put it. Was doing sideways movement drills then 100m sprints. Did a heap of running onrehab oval before moving to the main oval for first time I’ve seen this summer. He was in a group of five - Laverde, Stewart, Brown and McKernan - doing a kind of beep test. He finished last most of time but didn’t disgrace himself.

Then Joey went back to other oval for more running and some hard leading with Rutten his opponent. Was kicking the wet ball 50 metres.

Then a heap more running.

The guy is getting through consecutive tough sessions. Jack Viney running 8ks at training? Joe Daniher says hold my beer."

Merrett hurt ankle at training today, Carried off, Not sure how bad.

Ol' mate Tom Browne reporting it could be a bad knee injury

But across a few Essendon forums/Facebooks they're saying he's fine

I'd actually think Tom would have closer club links ......he's normally pretty accurate with these things

Seen a few conflicting reports about it.
If it was his ACL they would of come out and said so by now. Hopefully he's alright. No need to shuffle anything yet.

Always better happening now than 15 minutes into round 1.

**** you Kreuzer.
