I'm thinking of loading up on high price cash cows in the forward line and just seeing what happens with the premos/midpricers. Guys like Butler, Townsend, Langdon, Ham, Schultz and Bonar COULD all play every game and score consistent 60s/70s. Instead of being stuck with a bad midpricer, or a terrible scoring/terrible JS cheap rookie

Hmmm

Given all the shit that's happening elsewhere I might have to go full MPM on this line at this point, lol

RIP Dusty/Whitfield

I'm in the exact same boat fellas :'(
Repeating to myself:
there are lots of good quality mid pricers in the forward line
it is not my fault that there is a starting rookie shortage
Dawson showed great growth in 2019 and has a SC friendly game style
Brayshaw and Simpkin will both start the season on-ball and should push 95 averages

Uninformed??? How long has Wingard been in the AFL system? 10 years and his had the same role every year which is why hes never been relevant in SC. Why would anything be any different now. He will never be a mid that will score well enough to justify having him

So...Michael Walters??

I got him in. Even if he plays large % forward the pill is gunna live down there this year anyways.
he has looked really good this pre season.
imo he has 110ppg in him.
the question is if its this year.

Have I lost the plot considering not starting Whitfield? Rookie selections are the pits and I need to trim the fat and find cash somewhere.
Nope, lots of people aren't. I wasn't up until the weekend, but decided to put him in now that a few cheap rookies have appeared
