Have opened another thread, given that this was more of a thread for the off-season (thanks for doing it PAFC27, I was far too lazy). Now that it's fantasy 'pre-season', there'll be 287383902028 iterations of our teams posted, that will look nothing like the eventual settled line-up we decide on 30 seconds before Thursday night lockout

What do we think of Cal Ward?

Here are his 2018 figures. he has scored well v GC and Carlton, but struggled v higher teams.

However, at $538k (72), it's money for jam isn't it?

Lock if fit and picked for Round 1

Should crawl towards 700k or so then reassess form/fixture etc in regard to bye planning

I don't expect him to pump a 100 avg out, but something around 90 would be reasonable and a stepping stone to a fallen premium or something.

Trent Cotchin is extremely cheap too for around a similar price to Ward. Had injury woes last year, but he's another who I expect to average around that 87-93 mark and do a job for a period of time.

The Traders said the other day that ‘drag and drop’ would return.

The most annoying part for me last year was the ownership percentage. There was percentages on day one but then the numbers did not change for about a month.

Hopefully they continue to update this year.

Yep hated that. Thought you had a POD, and then it update and ownership skyrocketed. Even if it just updated every few days that’d be nice

Love the Telly pick amd having Houston (or another dpp) in the mids. It offers so much flexibility.
