We did have a home game there against the Bulldogs in 2019 (and obviously in 2020 things were kind of different!): AFL Tables - Collingwood All Games - By Team

You can see from this^ that it's been pretty well balanced in recent years.

We had a pretty ordinary deal for a few years prior to that! I'd say the perception that we get "screwed around" when it comes to the draw with games against the Bulldogs might just be a "hangover" from those days!

Agree. I tipped that too and big things from the dogs last year, and the dogs failed to turn up

But since then we’ve only gotten weaker and the Dogs stronger... though they still have their issues

Yup, didn't play a game til round 5 after he did his hammy again during the covid break...

Only player that left us that played in that game was Phillips.

Yeah... maybe it’s more accurate of me to say that the perfect, fully fit, best 22 is weaker now

Phillips, Treloar, Stephenson all had interrupted 2019... but not having them as an option for our 22 come rd 1 2021 makes us weaker.

We have got rid of a lot of older, injury prone players... but having so much of the list having played less than 10 games is not ideal... especially once the annual Collingwood injuries and off field controversies take effect and reduce availability even further
