He was actually going about 90 when I traded him in last year. Was very happy with him, that's why I selected again

Problem with Short is that he can't win his own ball.
90% of his scoring will come from taking kick ins &/or making space and having his teammates hit him with dinky little short passes.
He got none of those easy marks last night and scored accordingly.

Gave him a reprieve in SC this year with Lloyd out with covid, back to the Crisp of old...

I can't afford Xerri, but think he'll be solid. Has a high ceiling for sure and pretty good job security. He's highly rated at the club.

Would require another restructure for me to get him in, and I'm over it already!

Not sure about Naish. I can afford him, but might wait and see. Have enough money to go Owens to either Naish or Preuss if either look like being must haves in round 3.

I have both Xerri and Brodie. JL said Brodie is going to play inside mid this week, surely he can’t go from inside mid to dropped. Would have to be really bad

Xerri should score decent with good ruck time and has good JS, so he’s probably one of the better fwd rookies

Anyone trading Short is going to be pulling their hair out next week. Watching that little weasel scamper around for cheap touches will be unbearable. I’ll see how the other defender premos go this week, Crisp so far was way worse

Now have Xerri & Martin onfield up forward, Rachelle on bench.

Brodie, Ward, Daicos onfield in mids, JHF to bench.

No money left and Milera & Hinge holding down D4 & 5 very risky. McCartin on bench.

Once sides were named on Thursday/Friday night my side was determined and it hasn't changed. Hayes will obviously come in next week.

Been thinking the same. Currently have Brayshaw & Brodie & 55k.

Could go Rowell & Thomas & 130k.

Like Brayshaw in my team though.

Crouch limited preseason is concerning and Rowell should ton up today if he's any good.

Nicks' comments on crouch a couple weeks ago are a concern, said he might spend a couple more stints on the bench and get managed.

Scored about the same as my captain Titch, for a lot less coin so you’re definitely ahead there

Also copped Milera 50.

Tell me how’s it’s possible for me to pick 3 different mid premos across the 3 formats of the game and have them all score sub 100?

I’ve got Mitchell as well and hinge was on field. He was on 35 when Milera was on 12 and still got outscored by him. He scored 3 points in a quarter and half. What a spud.

Going VC unique in Gawn over Macrae cost me 16 points in the end, no real biggie.

Stupid of me to go Dusty as a unique over Butters. I'll give it one more week before i go Sheldrick>Lipinski and Dusty to Maginness.
