Other than not bidding on Ashcroft GWS have made an absolute art form of manipulating around the bidding system, like trading for picks around bids and have had multiple times where they've drafted an additional player to the one that they're tied to. They got Perryman and Setterfield, but were able to get Taranro ahead of them. They did the dodgy trade with Melbourne to not bid on Viney. At least this has come back a bit.

It literally made no impact on us. No deficit next year, no list spots left this draft.
