Never been a fan.

Top ranked teams are 600-800pts clear just by micro managing their teams with rolling lockouts and loop holes the best.

Theyve had guys like will kelly and Holland's all year getting double looks at scores.

I've been waiting for it to backfire with covid outs or late withdrawals and it just hasn't.

Weird.

Like the top player this year said he was used the rolling lock outs to change his captain most weeks, always used the loose loop hole

It's a broken system for even allowing it.
Ridiculous it's gone on this long.
Vice and cap should be locked all weekend.

Or just get rid of a vice at all. Why does it exist in a rolling lockout situation?
We only need a captain.

If you captain is a late out? But seriously it just makes it harder for the filthy casuals to get into the game

Really feel for u C Mills owners. I captained petracca for 75 and for the rest of the weekend was miserable. Finally i have a reliable C in Brayshaw. I told everyone to get him this week but nobody listened. He will be top2 fantasy player all season so hope everyone gets him soon.

I would take the VC. Eagles might tag neale if he starts damaging

Amazing what happens when Dunc gets taken out of the centre square and gets to drift around doing whatever he wants - exactly what I expected when I got him in. He'll get attention this half for sure, but the role is back - which is what I'm happy about - and I knew him being named on a wing meant he'd get that role back. Danger in seems to have a direct correlation with Duncan roaming and scoring well. Been a joy in such a blergh weekend watching him - and him being a serious unique.

While we're at it - I'm going to voice a little bug bear of mine for this season...rolling lockout is an absolute and utter f*cking joke. It rewards having non playing bench players, so you can constantly loop players. If I never see another rolling lockout again, I'll be very f*cking happy.

Yep, I saw Paddy Macs 89 and put Hewett back on field. Benching either Coleman or Bowey.
There's still risk though, but I think Bowey goes under 89 vs St Kilda so he gets the pine.
Coleman could rack up vs WCE IF the ball is near him and Neale allows others to touch the ball.
