Well the designs on the Indigenous tops are often driven by the stories of their family or things representing the player. Not necessarily of some greater indigenous culture. The football club is a big part of the lives of our indigenous players and having the club represented in the Indigenous design as well could be another thing. The players are part of the club and I think its important they can get involved in this themselves and share their own background too.
Like it or not, it's already been established we can't wear just black and white, and a little bit of teal here is a non issue. 'Focus on something like the wharves'.... Ah yes, the Port Adelaide wharves, deeply entrenched in Australian indigenous culture.
Oh no, you've discovered my cunning plan...Sounds like you just want the prison bars
White guilt has given us some great jumpers.
I agree. It definitely 'pops'. Does not look like the same blue currently used on our home jumper - not sure if it's an optical illusion (maybe because it hasn't got the white chevron right along side?).I like the blue. It looks - sharp - for the want of a better word. And it's not teal green.
Love the hoodie as wellMight be my favourite version yet.
Ripping design!
Must. Not. Bid.
But. Probably. Will.
It would be too plain. I reckon Lachie got it absolutely spot on.Get rid of the teal and I want it as our home Guernsey
That actually looks good.Good thing Port aren't playing Carlton the week....
Would seem there's a fair amount of 'poetic license' with these designs if you can use colours that aren't even your club'sGood thing Port aren't playing Carlton the week....
