What next? Nana Maskouri seems under appreciated in AFL circles. Can we have *Take me Home Country Roads"?
Haven't watched him but agree with this sentiment.Karl doesn't have the speed so he needs to make up for it with size like Acres has. Skinny and slow rarely works as a wingman.

Than why is Fyfe breaking them up.Their faces look like they are play wrestling.
Hopefully a permanent thing next season. Think Fyfes days as captain should be over. Pearce captain, Andy and possibly Serong as vice captains, for a year or two, then give it to Andy and or Serong permanently"Earlier in the session it was Pearce, not Fyfe, who addressed the group..."
I like this a lot. Excellent leadership from Fyfe.
I imagine Bob Murphy would have some experience to pass on here, but Fyfe stepping back and letting Moose continue doing his winning thing is recognised and acknowledged.
You wouldn't think that three members of the leadership group would conspire to fake some physicality and aggression in an effort to help prepare inexperienced youth for the pressure and intensity of finals, would you?

I strongly disagree. Pearce has proven he's ready this whole season. I don't think Andy is ready, but he's our future captain, having Pearce for a season or two to help him learn the role makes perfect senseyou don't give someone the captaincy with a view of 1 to 2 years. Just give it to Andy. If he's not ready leave as is

......not true at allCaptains do absolutely nothing in football anyway. It's not like cricket where the captain is the coach.
The job is basically honorary and meaningless and it makes no difference at all who the captain is.
I generally concur, although Zorko provides evidence they can have a (negative) impact, so the decisions are still important.Captains do absolutely nothing in football anyway. It's not like cricket where the captain is the coach.

How long does player have to be injury free to do the injury prone tag? He's a season and a half without injury now. He's injury prone
Try telling any captain that.Captains do absolutely nothing in football anyway. It's not like cricket where the captain is the coach.
