Get the best now, you have three trades for the byes and maybe able to generate enough to get a premo without the extra cashSo after downgrading Pedlar to McAndrew I’ve got $288k to play with which allows any defender.
I can get to Dawson but it leaves me with nothing in the bank for first byes next week.
I can go Stew/Houston/Noble price range and it leaves me with $150k to trade Ashcroft next week easily.
It's probably the first great thing Danster has suggested though......We're too reactionary?
You might just be my favourite satirical content on the net Danster.![]()
Yeah there is some logic behind it.It's probably the first great thing Danster has suggested though......

ThisOr keep Cincotta, go Pedlar down to Wardlaw, and use the extra cash to do a Fiorini up to a Serong, Steele, Laird, Dawson type
Andy Brayshaw, Harry Perryman, Christian Salem, Jordan Ridley, Tanner Bruhn, Callan Ward, Nat Fyfe, Jy Simpkin, Mason Redman on my short/medium term watch list
Yep, said after the Rich / Ess game I felt it was an outlier. Still think that. #Barnzy reckons knock at least 10% off, I reckon more for some. It was incredible just how often Zerrett was allowed to just saunter into a space 20m from the Ess kicker completely uncontested. Never seen a medal so undeserving. Good on him though. There were players who had a bigger impact on the game, but he had the weight of uncontested possessions (26 Uncontested).Yeah there is some logic behind it.
Doc a hammy too? #%&K
Not sure I'm up in your stratosphere, but one of the few good choices was Oliver as my first Keeper. So cheers, here's to better times from what is now the worst of times!Sad at the lack of Oliver owners.
When your ships goin down, it's nice to have others with you for company.
Had planned 2 rookies out / 2 in this week.
Likely go with
Oliver & Davey for
Wardlaw & Humphrey/Hobbs and take cash into the byes.
Snap, was hoping to get up to Doc, but if he has a hammy, I might just bite the bullet and get some cash genStrapped for cash and can't get up to any worthwhile.
Going to go:
Ginbey to Humphreys; and
Hollands to Wardlaw.
Will leave me with a bit over $300k going into the byes which will be needed to get Darcy up to English.
But, it's West Coast they have. If the Dawks can do what they did, imagine Essendon for a minute?Slight red flag?
Shiel back in next week, Hobbs cbas go down to a minimal amount? Had none with parish out or whoever it was last week
Wow, tough choices, not in a good way. probably ride the Spew waves?Trying to decide this budget defender upgrade is like spinning the Wheel of Fortune. Pick right and you’ll spin top dollar, pick wrong and you’ll spin Bankrupt. All the options have been scoring consistently which makes it super tough, as I’m tossing up between Noble, Houston, Daniel and Stew.
And then not have Sinclair the week after? If you have 18 on field types Rnd12 already without him it makes sense I suppose. You could swing Sheezel back, and pick a Fwd, or even Gulden Fwd and pick a MidI thought so, he seemed to play on though, but did grab at it. I'm stuffed for Rd 15 players already though so really would rather not get him or Butters this week. Might force myself into a corner with Sinclair..
EDIT: Can't even afford JJ and Michalanney to Wardlaw and Sinclair, ffs.
What's my best option here? No bank essentially.

I know he was out of favour from his earliest efforts at the start of the year, but Bruhn looked very settled back in the side at the weekend against (edit) Dockers- he's a great bye (rnd 13) when you should have plenty and can afford to lose him that week. the only issue I see is when Danger is back.Yeah might have to do that, at the moment I'm running at 6-4-9-11 with 12 premiums (players > $750k) playing Rd 12 which feels a decent number, but you're right, might have to go for a Rd 13 or 14 mid to make it work.
If I go JJ and Mich out, I can get Wardlaw and a mid under $773k which doesn't give me much option (it's a Sheed or Nash type) or skip Wardlaw..

Yep like it - Merrett is always going to give you 80-120. Actually Geelong have a string of tricky games coming:I'm actually thinking I'll go Callaghan > Wardlaw and JJ to Zerrett. I don't like the feel of getting in a stepping stone this close to the byes. Can't loop between Humphrey and Wardlaw annoyingly but might have to take the gamble.
Naicos has been clearly desexed since being conscripted to the ghost ship.
Oliver now sent off to the glue factory.
Who else needs a good nobbling?
Butters if you want an easy kill to take credit for lolNaicos has been clearly desexed since being conscripted to the ghost ship.

Rozee to rack up 87 uncontested possessions and score 350.I just realised that Port play at the MCG this week, where they didn’t score too well last time against the Pies. But do keep in mind Port are a vastly different team now so it could be irrelevant, and they’ve got Richmond.
