Hawks got a biochemist involved, sounds clever. As always tribunal wanted none of it but were forced to listen anyway.

Next up will be The Phantom (aka The BioSuperCoacher) explaining how we're all low on trades and what a suspension will mean.

By the end of the night, the Tribunal chairman will have the charge thrown out just so that they can go home for the night.

Also interesting to hear Lachie Neale and Toby Greene on AFL360 say that neither have watched the memo that the AFL sent to all clubs regarding dangerous tackling. Neale stated that the coaches haven’t shown the playing group yet and Green said that GWS emailed all players with the footage and he chose not to open/watch it. Might explain his track record lol

3 weeks is essentially four though if you think about it, because you could trade him to a player who had already had their bye. So it's do I hold Sicily and save a trade, or take 4 weeks of Serong/whoever.

Yeah i could will hold if its 2weeks + his bye. For me the defensive options are crap so even if he gets 3+ I'll trade him next week anyway. Have 19-20 this week anyway.

Yeah I'm in the same boat. 2 weeks I can hold, 3 he's gone. And yeah, the cupboard is freaking bear in defense.

I can swing Dawson back but it messes up my whole structure as Dawson in the midst means I can cover every line with a bench of Johnson, Fyfe, Humpa.

Sicily ruins my supercoach plans every year. Either I have him and he misses a third of the year suspended, or I don't and he drops 140s on me every second week. Pity he's so bloody good at footy, cause I hate the prick.

Yeah similar issues to me. Got to many mids this week so Sicily out is a issue. Not trading in Ryan or Lloyd.

I started Sicily last year but this year only traded him in 2 weeks ago ffs.

I traded him in a few weeks ago, got a couple of good scores from him then a suspension, another good score and now it looks like another suspension.

It's never a dull ride owning him but it can be frustrating as hell.

I've come to the conclusion, that after an extremely reputable biomechanist who has a degree in biomechanics states that the impact and head hitting the ground 'couldn't be averted' due to Brockman and Coleman's impact, and he still goes, it is unequivocally clear the AFL and tribunal only cares about saving their own back sides with law cases (despite damning evidence it couldn't go any other way) and it's a complete joke on the entire system and the AFL itself. No point in having these tribunal hearings, AFL will call it whatever way they want.

There you have it. There was no way this hearing was going any other way.

Didn't even listen to the evidence, all about their own hierarchy and what they knew they would be doing regardless.
