Honestly Ed Curnow is the least of our worries. Halves/wins more contests than almost anybody else on the field.

True we have many performances that are underpar..but the others can improve (well most of them).

To hire him as coach amongst many other competent and even outstanding candidates is unbelievable.

Agreed. We all knew about the crazy Vossy nickname before he started at the club. He’s not cut out for a head coach gig. Rumour has it he asks the boys to call him ‘the nourisher’ around the club as though he’s some kind of superhero

If your a tager I don't want to see you 6 metres off your man in the first 5 minutes of the game...

If you're a tagger I want to see the opposition coach forced to alter the way he's playing the tagee . That's exactly what happened.

Ed has become an easy whipping boy even when he's doing his job

No he won't but he still deserves a game because he does things that a lot of other senior players are still unwilling to do. I would obviously play Dow but Cripps deserves to be dropped over Ed Curnow, and yes I'm serious.

Officially had enough. Won’t attend another game this year. Call me fair weather, call me whatever you like. But this club has been crap my entire life (I was 4 years old during 95). And just when I think it’s going to turn around because we finally have a good list, I have to rock up and watch this crap. Sick of giving this club my money and my time. Over it.

I can't think of a worse coach in the AFL who fails to learn from lessons of the past and who fails to adjust in game than Voss.

Weiters held a very in form Wright to one goal last year. The smart move would have been to return to that matchup and exploit the fact that it's Wright's first game of the year. Get some intercept and run from a guy underdone.

What's he do? Sticks a horribly out of form and low confidence Lewis Young in him and fails to change the matchup as Wright is testing us apart.

Scott makes several changes at half time. Voss does nothing. The changes Scott makes work. Voss doesn't even try and counter what's happening.

Cripps is either injured or failing to get involved. He is allowed to play the same way all game. Voss does nothing to get him involved or to change the matchup like Scott did with Merrett

Somebody zombify Voss, please.

Which for me, is why he will never be decent AFL coach let alone a premiership coach

Unfortunately with the media's build up of giving him time & the boards firm stance that he's the right coach for us, I see alot more pain in the future for the club.

Next week's changes will be predictable again and players who seemed to care (Silvani, Dow, Kemp) will be the first ones of the chopping block again when there are others who need a rest if nothing else.

I don't think these players are the messiah but I'd like to see something change from a personnel point of view

Sometimes dropping a player to VFL to get some confidence again is the right answer. Doesn't mean they aren't best 22, just gives them a chance to get some confidence in themselves again and maybe that's is what changes the tide for us

We don't need the best player to be captain. We just need a captain who actually gives a **** and will hold other players accountable for squibbing and putting in less effort than they should. Whoever is captain next should be given the role for a better reason than just being the best player.
