"according to Foxfooty.com.au’s analysis, which is based on the average percentage of their opponents in those fixtures."

I wonder if they factored in the amount of interstate travel, 5/6 day breaks, etc.

Saturday night is our time slot it seems. 3 at home and 1 away and a Friday away game.

If Freo are in the 8 or pushing for it game Rd 24 that will most likely be a Saturday night game as well.

Back to back 6 day break games v Richmond and then Carlton.

At least the bullshit 1.10pm EST Sunday games are away games.

We love a home saturday night fixture even though we suck at them.
Thats why the AFL dont give us more Friday night home games.

Geelong at 17th, wtf? They've already only played three top 8 teams.

The advantages and special treatment that club gets year in and year out are off the charts. If our lists had played at Geelong (and not under Hinkley) over the last decade they'd have won multiple flags without breaking a sweat.

Last 5 rounds are 3 games in a row vs contenders, a Showdown and an away game in Perth. You just know this mentally weak group lead by the Chief Squib Coach will breakdown badly at this point. Too much pressure, Too much expectation.
Good thing it's not a contract year. Koch would have an extra 3 years signed and announced before then, only to watch another season self-destruct at the end. heck, best keep him locked away the weeks leading up to that, just in case.

All of the VFL wankfest
I get the fairytale this year is Carlton, but it is surprising from a fixture point of view that they have been hard on Essendon (but commercially excellent for them). Why they keep making life so easy for Geelong is a mystery. Surely there is no point to them being given a leg up anymore?
