Having elite talent in the academy only improves it. It’s not like a bit of coaching is a huge investment.

If it’s not a huge investment no one should get access to academy players… it’s either one or the other.

If it’s not a huge investment no one should get access to academy players… it’s either one or the other.

The academy thing should be binned. But if elite talent is eligible for our academy we should let them in. It helps us evaluate them ahead of bidding on them at the draft. Free Intel and insight.

At the moment we’d have a better idea of what Walker is than Carlton.

They will just go into deficit next year if need be. Assuming they trade with wce, they'll have some handshake agreement where wce won't bid on either (assuming suns trade for pick 2) at 1. Worst case scenario for gold coast then is richmond bid on both at pick 3 and 4.

What do you see sharp's floor and ceiling? If you had to compare to a player? Like is his ceiling rowell without the burst from stoppage and floor like tom powell for example? (I'm not saying he is like any of these guys btw just trying to understand best and worst case scenario if we used a player comparison.

Seems to struggle quite a bit in the seniors, which is a concern.

For mine ceiling is Horne-Francis.
