Brings back memories of finishing second last in 2010 and getting pick 6.

Green certainly doesnt look like he has the speed but neither does Ryan

either way the ball moves faster than legs and 1/10th of a second is not as fast as a player with smarts moving the ball quicker as sharp does

and Jack Trengrove that went to Melbourne ahead of Richmond's selection. Both never set the world alight to be fair.

That year produced a spread of good to mediocre players but two absolute guns were chosen at pick 3 and pick 20

Pick 3 went to Richmond Dusty Martin
Pick 20 went to Freo Nat Fyfe.

We need to pick the eyes out of this draft as there is probably only going to be a one or two gems and a lot of average grade stones.


Hopefully the Weagles select two highly touted players in the same mould as Melbourne and we pick up a gem.

I am sure our recruiters have much better fossiking picks and sieves than I do.

I should put an edit in my selections, I assume the weagles will take Duursma and Robey.

Thats what i knew it as and Sharp / Fred would be around the same

Taylor doesn’t read it anywhere near as well as Flossy, very few do, but it’s a pretty difficult skill to bank on him picking up

I would be ecstatic if Robey lasted to Essendons pick.

Tigers could easily trade back a spot from 4-5, and pick up a second rounder from efc if they are not interested in Robey.

Tigers can hardly go wrong though as should get 2 good players with their picks.

If I remember correctly, Vlaus played majority of his U18 year as a half back after being a midfielder majority of his juniors. Remember vividly fans waiting patiently for him to be given a chance in the mids 2013-2015. Who would have thought he’d end up being one of the best intercepting defenders in the modern era lol

I’ve moved towards a combo of Robey/Grij/XTaylor.

Still love Sharp and CDT, would not be disappointed at all if we ended up with one of those two but any combo of the three above would just be perfect.
