Is there a case to be made then that IR should have a limitless capacity? Or the highest available number (20+)? Keep in mind, IR counts for 50% of the players salary so eventually the cap space can dry up, not like you'd want to have 12-20 players on IR if you could avoid it.

Also, given players can only be IRd if theyre actually on IR or suspended, so not like you can stash "Outs"

Yeah would be nice to have some flexibility with unlimited IR. Teams can still **** you over like with Bucky and keep him OUT for over 7 weeks now.

1. Re-configure kick return scoring to align more with punt return scoring given the nee kick rules have greatly opened up kick return yardage.

2. Increased IR capacity
