Nah I disagree. Flanders is just a pig in Sheezel mode. Doesn't matter where he plays he will be someone you want to have. Maybe he's not going 110-115 like he was in games off half back but would be confident in 105+.
I wouldn't buy him at current top price but he's a huge watch as a target.

Have owned in the past and he's incredibly frustrating. Let's just say he loves the bruise-free stuff but as soon as you get a cold, windy, or rainy night he can drop a 50 on you at any given moment if he can't get into his chippy-chip game. Pretty expensive and I think there are better options both above and below his price.

Hes hungry, but had that role at half back last year getting cheap touches. He wont get that again
Only so many points to go around, Anderson is the #1 110+ avg guy, Rowell will go 100ish, miller is the 3rd mid who gets the big midfield minutes too.
95ish for Flanders imo

Flanders played midfield late last year with limited CBA's and still racked it up.
He didn't play half back the whole year
He actually scored relatively poorly toward the end of last year.
He got bulk CBAs while Miller was out, from rounds 16-21 and he went at 101.5 while he had big 80% avg CBAs from round 16-21.
Rounds 22-24 when he had small CBA numbers- with Anderson, Miller, Rowell and Graham ahead of him, he was playing that fwd/mid thing and he went at 96 avg
I think its fair to expect 95-100 as where he will likely end up

Not sold on Zorko being top 6 his looked bad the last couple of weeks.
