I’d say there’s about a zero percent chance he cops a rest unless he’s injured.

You can see in game that he’s playing more forward and he’s getting in game rest. Outside of the Richmond game, we have a tough run home.
You will rest a few in last round

IMO the only way he gets a rest is if he doesn't think he can win the Brownlow.

C'mon silky.......tough games.......you play 5 of the 6 at the MCG, with the next 4 there b4 a long arduous flight to Adelaide and then back home for the last game....but I agree with you about Naicos...

100%
When a player is ‘sore’ it really comes down to the players ability to push through the soreness and ability to play. They will often suit up 99% of the time, against the clubs wish.
But with Naicos, serious Brownlow sniff so he wouldn’t want to miss any games

I think we are forgetting that fact that Collingwood will have to travel interstate twice in 5 weeks.

That would take a lot out of the Collingwood players.

No wonder they need to be rested when compared to interstate teams travelling every 2nd week.

they get paid stupid money to play footy for a living and get spoon fed and massaged for free everyday, surely they can get through 24 weeks of work without needing a rest the poor soles

Hopefully they're all sunburnt from their holiday to the Gold Coast last week.

Carlton travel the same as we do (not much), however is it because they’re garbage that nobody gets stuck into them about it? 😂😂

Anyway, 4 of our first 9 games were interstate so we got most of the traveling done pre-bye.
