He'd probably choose us if given the option anyway, wouldn't be the first father son to do that. Imagine how low the spirits would be at your club if that happened- almost want it to happen now - he's far from a chump.
As for midfielders, what an incredible knowledge of St Kilda’s list you must have considering we've drafted a midfielder every year for the past 5 plus years (and have one guaranteed in Kye Fincher this year)...

God they were an awful club when Elliott and Collins were in charge. Absolutely detestable.
The Karma bus hit them when they were pinched for salary cap cheating in 2003.
They haven’t been the same since.

Very hard to argue against it being a very smart move by the swans. Bit like capper in the 80’s. Helped revive interest in them to the point where they are now a very established presence in NRL heartland.
Hopefully this offseason helps the saints jump start the passion again in the same way.

Hard for me to get too excited for TDK the way he played out the second half of the year. He has shown sprinkles of elite talent ove the last few years but is yet to put a quality season together.
I suppose we just need to hope that it all clicks and he becomes the player that he has been hyped up to be. I think it's unlikely though.
Hate to say this because I love Marshall, but for this to be a win for the Saints we need to trade him and get a really good pick. TDK and two high first rounders helps set us up for the future.
