Guessing did two in a row- Eagles and Freo in two weeks.

It's a 3 year deal they made with the AFL, Tourism WA and the WA government worth about $2.5 million per year.
Thatād be a hard thing for a club to do- having to trade games to get more $ into the club
So you sell a game to the home team to make money and you give them extra 4 points smart

So North's broke ass is allowed to make an already inequitable draw even more so?
You wouldn't want to support a team that misses the top 4, 8, or a home final, by percentage or a single game to Fremantle.
Perhaps the next time we're scheduled to play a "home" game at Marvel against a tenant of that ground we can pay to have it moved to the M.C.G.
Imagine the outrage if we paid for it, let alone profited from it like North.

Thatās the reason that even on the odd occasion we beat the Cats, itās generally not a ābigā win.
The umps donāt allow us to build a real lead against them.

Clearly Geelong are a very serious threat.
They are the only team who have beaten us.
(Don''t count the Round 0 fiasco against GWS when we hadn't realised that the season had started).
Their win against us should never have happened, and was assisted by an incredible series of umpiring failures.
Nevertheless the fact remains.
I remember 2011 when they were the only team who we lost to in the season.
I'm calling it:
2025 GF : Collingwood vs Geelong.
Feel good with Fly at the helm.
In 2011, the Bux vs MM fiasco completely disrupted our season.
With Fly, and the current set up of assistant coaches and Jackie Louder, such a derailment can never occur.
Only danger is injuries, but that threatens Geelong just as much.
They are the only team who have beaten us.
