Cats only beat Pies because Dangerfield literally played like a berserker looking for blood... he was hurting people in packs and laying tackles like his life depended on it. It worked. He was the sole reason Cats won by a hair.... considering Crisp just missed the shot at the end. I wished Pies faced them again albeit Pies would smash them.

Finals is different beast, I'm not so confident there because it's just too many factors play in at the day.

I think Brisbane could still finish top 4, I wouldn't write them out. Last year they lifted big time second half of the season. They've slipped a bit but they are playing below their abilities, it's just temporary I think.

Brisbane is treating this game very importantly. I think they are using their Ace under their sleeve tactics against cats earlier than expected because they must win this to help their top 4 chances....

I mean, Lions are making Cats look average by going short and sideways... very differently from their usual... this is something coaches save as a surprise attack. Maybe I'm reading into it too much, but just that Lions are shutting down Cats while avoiding their defensive inside 50 pressure.
