Yes. But even as a defensive forward he gave everything. He hasn't got the natural talent of a Chad or Isaac but when the heat is in the kitchen you will find him toiling away like a good solid chef

He will just wander around alone haha. Blakey out of the back line. I hope he goes to mids or forward. He is wasted as a lockdown defender, a role he should never play. Cox's shitty mistakes have killed us this year;

Using the same mids for so long they can't even run. Grundy, Isaac, Chad & Rowie last week in the third were on ball for over 10 minutes, possibly 15. That was astounding. Grundy could not even run

The mids set ups where we leave two to three opponents free. Allowing our opponents an extra at the coalface while we drop a player into defence. The problem is the extra in defence doesn't work because opposition know to avoid. Because we always do it.

Don’t you forget his usual play Sheldrick as the sub whilst our mids get their pants pulled down. How do we even know if he’s good enough if the coach won’t give him a block of games in his natural role (ie not forward you muppets)
