At this stage I’m thinking:
Gray > McCarthy
Hewett > S.Darcy

Gives me 22 for the week.

If Erasmus is dropped or sub will go:
Erasmus > McCarthy
Hewett > S.Darcy/JHF

Thoughts?

The performances of Brock and Carroll this week made the decision nice and easy.

Brock > Mills.

Jaicos to M8, Mills to D6.

22 keepers now, 19 of them playing this weekend, plus Carroll at flex, and Lord.

6 trades left and still got cash in Lord, Hewett, Carroll, a bit in Tsatas, Moraes and A Reid. Plus the delicious Tom McCarthy

Edit: Also now thinking of doing Roma to TDK. Roma at R2 is my least favourite thing about my nearly completed team.

I sold TDK the week after I bought Roma for 558k. He's now 551k and that'll go up next week.

I bought Roma for 471k and he's now 501k and that'll go down next week.

So not terrible business

What's better:
Mills + 1 extra trade left over / just go Whitfield?
(am ok for numbers Rd 16 either way,)
Kind thinking Whitfield and Bont in two weeks.is the way to go, Mills has Roberts and Gulden to come back, although I don't think he'll be a bad pick

Whitfield absolute must have now they have some of their mids back.

I feel like McCarthy’s debut is going to change the direction that teams take from here on in.

I was going to get Mills as my 23rd “premo” but now I feel comfortable passing on him abs giving McCarthy the flex spot in the short term. Allows me to improve my first 22 players by getting Butters this week and Bont next.

Darcy has to wait 1 more week but he’ll be in this time next week. Now I don’t touch until Thursday
small change with this, going madden for 1 game wanna have that nice price jump instead of the minimum price and use him as a stepping stone to go to Darcy next week.

I'm in a similar position.
I can get Mills this week (need to fill that D6 spot), and then turn Sheldrick into (just about) any Premo to stick into Flex in a few weeks... (use 3 trades)

Or, I wait until rd. 17, use 2 trades to turn Clarke and Carroll into a Premium Defender who I don't own.
(Which essentially leaves Sheldrick in Flex...)

🤔

7 trades left, tossing up between doing nothing on making these trades which would 'complete' the team.

Thoughts are Luke Jackson is probably at his highest point at $628k with a now 140BE and now with Sean Darcy back his scoring is going to dive to the 80-110 range rather than 120-150 range he was hitting. So move him for Sam Darcy who I think may at the worst equal his scoring going forward and then upgrade Clarke into Mills.

Leaves 5 trades for any long term injuries + McCarthy and Zac Johnson on the bench hopefully putting up decent scores who can then cover any short term injuries.

Freo against Essendon? I'm tossing up Jackson or Brayshaw for VC.

Just the one for now, Simpson to my boy Madden via A. Reid DPP.

It's speculative, but he is offering so much more than Briggs.
