Injuries still aren't the primary cause for our form across 2025. Lot of other issues with coaching being one of the major ones imo

Coaching has been a massive issue - especially this year. But injuries have stuffed us up still. And unlike previous years, very few soft tissues

At this stage they're hardly discernable as separate issues. coaches pushing too hard, players hiding injury and illness and playing through, mental fatigues etc

We used to work really hard on this concept in football (soccer) - if you aren't committed to an action involving collisions at 100% you actually increase your injury risk. With lazy mechanics or being met by someone who is going 100% you get that much more beat up and expose yourself to wear and tear that much more. Many a football ACL has occurred by tentatively sticking a leg out for a tackle and being run through.

Disappointing to not see Wilson in the extended squad mix. Expecting Boyd to play, but not well.

Hopefully it's Pittonet out as well, with both Youngs, Durdin, and O'Keeffe, pushing Williams and maybe Flynn up into the wing/bounce rotation with Acres and Hollands, and Lord regularly on-ball in place of Cerra.

Unfortunately we're ****ed. We were rubbish before half the list was injured, it has only gotten worse as we miss more players.

Just hope we keep seeing signs from the kids now, if Freo are half serious we're a live kill to try and boost percentage right now.

Our midfield with basically a banged up Cripps and Hewett against their midfield? Cerra, Walsh I doubt we see for the rest of the year. No Charlie so let’s rely on 2025 Harry who’ll now be triple teamed. Ports midfield will cut us up. * at least are playing with spirit.
