Don't mind the tactic if those rookies you're trading down to are must have cash cows with supreme job security and scoring potential with the likely outcome they make $100k+Over the past few seasons I'm seeing the achievable trade cadence as three down two up over two weeks.
Not enough $$ to do one up one down every week unless it's a high priced rookie or mid-pricer, or a very cheap premo.
