I think some (Garry Lyon especially) bought into the Dees as being better than they actually are, rather than the reality of their young team. Leads to a bit of carry on.

I was thinking more about how they're pumping up the Bombers, Scott, the talent on their list, etc. It's a bit ridiculous considering how they've been the laughing stock for so long.
