I know this is just your hypothesis about what you think they think but how the blithering **** does anyone accomplish that? I get a club saying 'we've got no picks to trade you', but the saints have had more wiggle room to get this done than any other time in the history of the league and they've still postured, stalled and sooked for an entire week.
If Bains is the guy that is truly running the shop here I'd turf him asap, even if a deal gets done he's still handled himself in shocking fashion
