Comes to the fore at this time of year, grounds are a bit heavy, wetter, slippery - tailor made for someone like miles

And dare I say it ? So does Thomas....

Reckon Miles took a significant step on Friday night.
Since he arrived he has had plenty of good games, initially flew under opposition radars I reckon but earlier this year, perhaps because he had been scouted more he was not quite as effective...

Friday night however he took on some of the stronger more accomplished mid-field grunters at the Swans, Parker, Hannebery and stood up BIG time.... played a very important part in the turnaround after half time.

IMO has gone from good get who is playing well to a genuine inside mid weapon
.

Really great points Roachy8 . To me he is becoming the player I think maybe the club thought Hellbig might have become? That in & under hardnut....

sante would have loved his game tonight

I did. He was massive. I may have been wrong earlier this year ;)

Conca added to this midfield group is very handy too. Another inside tackling bull.

I'm glad you were mate :D

As clear to anyone who watches, it's no coincidence that Richmond play well if the contested games when this bloke plays well. The kids as hard as a woodpeckers lips and his ability to free up those around him in the middle so they can spread from the packs is vital.

Days of Stop Cotch,Stop Richmond has come to an end.Partly due too the emergence of Miles.

Just needs to work a tad more on...getting caught with the ball and not making a genuine attempt to dispose of it....:p:D:oops:...
seriously good....
notice after the match in the changing rooms...miles gingerly holding his right arm close to his stomach...very brief tv shot...hope its not serious...
