Which of these are we tracking closest to, so far ,and which may we be dragging behind on ?
I notice the FTF is currently sitting @ 2.46 mill ?

But I have a fear that we will trade away our best picks this year to "top up" and try and reach finals next year. We won't, and we will be without our best picks and we will have to start again... again

Yes,interstate games might have cost us finals but I think making them this year might be a bit early anyway.

The thing which adds to all this, is the report during the half time break of the port - melb game where Benny was quoted as reiterating that a lack of money for the football department is the major contributing factor to our on field success !
Membership goes very much, hand in hand with success , if members put their hand in there pocket and again come up with the cash , when is the rest going to fall into place ?
It's as much up to the club to put up reasonable efforts, and show some glimmer of hope, to encourage donation , as it is for supporters to admit the support for the club and then donate .
It's appearing very likely to me that one side is holding up their side of the bargain whilst the other isn't ?
Supporters give the club money for success , the supporters are giving ??

Don't think that it has been updated... It has been 2.46 mil since the fundraiser night and I am sure more donations have come in over the last 2 months plus the Carlton game would have raised funds..

3- The plan was 2010 transition- 2011 development -2012 finals/bottom 8 -2013/14 pushing towards top 4. So far i dont see where we are off track. Clean out the next 7-8 at the bottom, another 3 good young kids and one or two quality ready mades and a bottom 8 spot next year is looking more than realistic.

0- We have already wiped half out, so that part of the plan is almost complete.

75- We are a touch under 50k, its amazing what two years in the finals and hopefully a very strong start to 2014 will bolster the numbers. Im still sceptical about 75 but mid to late 60s is in reach.
