1- mackenzie is a cheat hugged buddy all day and it annoys me when players like him and davis get credit for winning the battle when they get away with murder, also cox throws more than a rugby player and darling never gets pinned for holding the ball

2- jetta gets better every week and has developed into a player who can run a whole midfield game out

3- its kinda cool and cocky to make this thread with time left in the game

1-Jetta has a very different role now and is starting to really get on roll
2-Luke Parker getting into elite class
3-It's amazing how good Buddy is when you consider the treatment he gets.

1. Jetta looks to be getting his confidence back.
2. Parker looked like the only player that could hit a target in the wet.
3. Buddy needs to get on a f*%@king lead. If the umps aren't helping you being wrestled, get out on the lead, use your pace.

1. Luke Parker....... Enough said, let's offer him a 10 year contract right now please.

2. Rampe's big left foot in the wet is a weapon.

3. Our work rate off the ball is huge, they are not possessions but the smothers and Shepards and the projecting the guy going for the mark are what sets us apart.

On a side note jetta is starting to become a vital part of our transition from defence into attack again.

1.playing on buddy is the easiest job in football

2. Jetta is becoming very, very good.watching him live to day, really impressed putting his head over the ball and exceptionally good hands in the wet

3.we have a very complete team, front to back.defense is awesome, words can't describe how good our mids are and the forwards ....best in the league

4.goodes is still a very, very good footballer

1. We can win ugly. Again this week. Good for finals
2. Buddy was in a match-long grapple tackle, the umpires seemed oblivious.
3. Teddy Richards is a black belt in defence, Dennis forgot he'd said it.

We will fly back across the country as ladder leaders.

1. Luke Parker is a future star and will win a Brownlow.
2. Jetta is getting better and better each game. Not just an outside runner who kicks goals in 2012 anymore
3. Richards, Smith and Malceski could and should be All-Australians

We have a few in all australian contention. Richards, smith, mal, Grundy, Kennedy, Parker and even buddy

1. Teams are lifting against us. We are being challenged each week by lesser teams who want to stop the run - and beat the possible premiers. We are winning well despite this.
2. Umpires are lifting against us. We are being challenged each week by lesser human who want to stop the run - and beat the possible premiers. We are winning well despite this.
3. What a great club. Could be forgiven for easing up - but their overall intensity, the swarm, the speed - it makes it impossible for opposition teams to get in a rhythm against us.
4. I don't blame other fans for trying to put us down. Tall Poppy. What a great club!

1. Parker is the next captain of the club.

2. Buddy has tempered his penchant for getting aggro and giving away cheap frees. I was surprised he didn't bring a wrench on at 3/4 time and beat McKenzies head in just because. The club in all seriousness should file a complaint at least to get it on record.

3. Richards and Grundy....wow, just wow.

1. Umpires need to harden the **** up. Just because the crowd don't like it doesn't make it a free.

2. McVeigh was a bit of a seagull who I thought avoided the tough stuff. He'd be blowing up at himself if it wasn't ... well... himself.

3. Rohan not getting the stats but earning respect through pressure. Don't hate him cause he's a fire crotch.

1. We're not playing anywhere near our best at the moment, and haven't been for the last 3-4 weeks, but are winning which is a sign of a good team. 11 Straight is a great effort given out first month was absolutely woeful to say the least.

2. The one negative that has been a real feature this season is the goal kicking. Really, really need to get this right..has cost many of very good teams finals wins in the past, would hate to see us blow our own season by being unable to convert.

3. Fell into a little bit of that stagnant ball movement in todays game. Jetta and Mcglynn really stood out as they played on, broke the lines and generated a lot of the run (although they both did butcher a few chances, but you can cop that). Jetta has his baggers but today showed exactly why he is in the best 22, while Mcglynn is having an excellent season and really sets the standard as far as intensity goes. Great job after probably being considered a bottom 6 player at the end of last year.

1.rohan looked good, disposal was off but he without doubt has regained his pace , look a lot more comfortable .

2.parker could be anything, i cannot think of a player who plays with more intensity.

3. Grundy is very underrated. He is exceptional one on one, his decision making is top notch now

1. That's the last time I suggest Adam has a rest - what a champ.

2. Kurt - please just play for the rest of the season. Just play.

3. Loved the intensity. Swans ARE a wet weather team - and a dry weather team.

1. Rohan was good, but there's a difference playing with men than boys. Few contests he was too easily pushed off. To get used to the physicality of the top level, he needs to stay in for a few.

2. I hate to sympathise with Hawforn fans, but how could they have put up with Buddy being r*ped every game without someone going postal?

3. Holding the ball may as well not be a rule anymore. Reached it's zenith with Monfries last night, but in a game that had 197 tackles, only two of them were holding the ball??? Both against us mind you.

1. We are travellling well.
2. Goodes still has it.
3. Injuries will determine how far we go.

1. Winners are grinners
2. Wet weather football is not our fortia but we can still grind out a win be it ugly. Though we kept the Eagles in it with our wayward kicking.
3. Kurt Tippett is the leagues most expensive boundary rider. Don't get me wrong I love the bloke and the club were probably happy to keep him wrapped up in cotton wool for today's game due to sourness and the conditions but lately Tippett seems to spend more time off the field than on it.

.

So much this it is a blight on the game.

1: Feeling very happy about my 'Holding the Ball' answer to AFL survey question 'What rule would you like to see introduced?'
2: Parker, Bird, Jetta & Mighty Mouse McGlynn. Stood tall & played strong
3: K Jack - the bye can't come quick enough. Those ribs need some time to heal.

1. I actually liked the Fox Footy commentary when the Channel 7 Audio feed went off air... There was more intelligence in the silence, than the feed.
2. Roman Greco wrestling is acceptable for other teams defenders to apply to our Forwards when they play the Swans. Just goes to show that an ex footballer DOES NOT make a good Umpires Coach.
3. Swans still have a couple of hard matches in Hawthorn at the MCG & Port Adelaide in Adelaide & should they negotiate them, the sky is the limit.

1. Jetta looks to be getting his confidence back.
2. Parker looked like the only player that could hit a target in the wet.
3. Buddy needs to get on a f*%@king lead. If the umps aren't helping you being wrestled, get out on the lead, use your pace.

Hard to lead when you are being held back with two arms & the Umpires just turn a BLIND EYE... (maybe that's why OPSM are their sponsors...they are legally blind)

1. We're doing everything right at the moment. We played in the wet, we played away from home, we played without Tippett & Haneberry, we went up against one of the most fraudulent, one sided umpiring displays of the season and we came home with the 4 points. In fact we put our foot on the throat early and didn't relent for 4 quarters. Some poor ball use inside 50 and one sided umpiring are the only things that prevented a complete blowout.

2. Parker is still improving and I honestly believe he'll end up being better than club champions like Jude and ROK.

3. Ben McGlynn deserves a premiership medal and if every player put in like he does every week we'd never lose another game again.
