Nick Stevens is a good footballer. You are not getting that much special with him. He is basically Shane O'Bree polished up a bit. I rank O'Bree's inclose and clearance work as good, if not better than Stevens', he is obviously a better kick though and more damaging.

and he would the source of truth down at lexus wouldnt he.......how do we expect our young blokes to take footy seriously when we have clowns like he and Balme around. Why dont we get them some blokes they will look up to or can remember

Cummings doesn't work at the club anymore and even if he was a Coleman medalist is nothing to scoff at. Balme was a good player, there are ALOT worse players than him in coaching/football department roles at clubs.

I am not a big rap for stevens, I was dissapointed when we did not get him but after watching him a little more closely since then he is one of the biggest cats in the comp. He wins plenty of the ball and has good skills but rarely takes blokes on and get a stack of cheap kicks. This is not what we need.

What a club would get with Taz is a player with big talent but very little realiability. If the club would only except an In your dreams trade then he won't be traded. North made a massive mistake in taking an unrealiable player last year who has big talent and it has bit them in the AR$E and i cannot see any club making the same mistake this year.

As for Taz, I dunno what other clubs would get, but if WCE got Taz, they would land themselves a flag. I DO NOT want to see a midfield like that, delieving to Tarrant because it would become an absolute joke to watch, they would rip any defence apart. I can imagine Q Lynch (<<??) in the goal square or out at CHF and Taz as the leading option with Kerr, Cousins, Judd and co delievering. DAMN, that would be something to behold, and Im not even a WCE supporter.

Yeah but something good, not something crap. Tarrant will be on the market for the right price - approx the equivalent of two top twenty picks. It will be a take it or leave it scenario, we are equally happy to hold on to him.

Yes and at that price that is exactly what you will be doing, holding on to him. No club is going to pay you that price on a player that has not delivered on his promise such as Chris Tarrant, goodness you're looking to off load him, not because he is good, but because he is a problem child and he doesn't perform to the expectations of club and supporters and you think someone else should pay top premium for him. Just step back and have a look at how silly that proposition would be to other clubs.
