or nonsense.Your posts are fair enough and your opinion is as valid as anyones, right until the moment you call other posters sheep.
Get to the point how was his game ?.
I think you'll fin he's likely been one of the most consistent player we've had at senior level, but you'll continue to nit-pick his game to deflect from the non-performance of your poster boy CEllis.
To be fair, you don't think you don't do this either?
He's conceded defeat in the CEllis thread and is now saying what we were all telling him preseason that Cellis has been passed by too many blokes. Amazing how he gets away with derailing threads with irrelevant stats. Agree his football knowledge is based on reading stats sheets and not by vision.Everyone does ... everyone! You, me, him! Everyone. Just that he always chooses the wrong guy and makes poor comparisons, hence I don't rate his football knowledge.
It's common sense - no matter how you dress it up. Miles, with two blokes hanging off him every week, is a far better player and contributor than CEllis ... it wouldn't hurt for him to acknowledge that every so often.
And that's without mentioning the bloke who suggested 17 other clubs would be banging down our door to get CEllis.
But this is Big Footy ... reality have never been a strong point or prerequisite.
He had to get better bc he couldn't have got any worse.Yes good to see him get a sausage roll. Bloke will just get better and better.
that's a nice way of saying you might have been wrong. He had to get better bc he couldn't have got any worse.
Wrong as Conca is still on the fringe and after watching yesterday's game Lloyd could easily displace him if Conca's form goes about 5pc South.that's a nice way of saying you might have been wrong.

I have acknowledged Miles does have an impact on VFL games and have regularly given him votes so don't accuse me of failing to acknowledge him. Maybe if you and others could acknowledge that Miles has shortcomings in his game which has seen him be replaced by better players we wouldn't have this ongoing merry go round.Everyone does ... everyone! they are neck and neck aren't they. almost identical games yesterday. my conca coloured rose glasses had him playing the better.Wrong as Conca is still on the fringe and after watching yesterday's game Lloyd could easily displace him if Conca's form goes about 5pc South.

As I've said the change in gameplan has possibly cost a few talented players their careers as we've shifted from a control the game through ball use to controlling it by pressuring the opposition into submission.
Try again, I've picked on a number of players including my supposed poster boys. Yet to see you acknowledge once any of your favourites having shortcomings except now when you've said every player has them. Even then you still offer excuses that one of them hadn't had enough opportunities, but apparently guys like Ellis and Conca have.It is easy to say the game plan has outdated him when he has barely been given a chance in said new game plan. Averaged nearly 20 possessions in five games last season (in about 70 per cent game time) so suggest he can still find the pill and contribute.
A VFL seconds player could come in and contribute right now the way our team is playing!
Every player has shortcomings .. you just choose to highlight the one guy's shortcomings!
You’re just telling me what I’ve been saying that he’s on the fringe. Move on nothing new Luke.they are neck and neck aren't they. almost identical games yesterday. my conca coloured rose glasses had him playing the better.
