I am happy for RFC to give more to Conca for him to stay tbh.

I think Conca is more important to the mix than a lot of other players including Houli and Grigg that will surely be not far off retiring, and some small forwards as well as other fringe players.

Conca gives us a lot of flexibility and versatility and really his true worth can only be capitalised on in a good side because he complements other players including good ones like Dusty

He's definitely a good player and has rightfully held a spot in our team this year.

We judge him harshly due to being a high draft pick.

Has had injury issues but played most of this year despite that horrendous dislocated ankle.

Disposal is poor but can get the footy and effort is never questioned.

I think a good get for freo.

Smart get for freo. Fills a need being 2nd string behind fyfe mundy and neale. Good tacklet good defensively.

Kicking can be off. But good evasiveness.

Played 18 games this year despite the ugly dislocated ankle. Hasnt had a soft tissue injury for a while now so appears to have turned the corner.

I did not think he was that bad. He hit JR up on the chest at least once and there were a lot worse than him.

I will have to have another look at a replay!
