Oleg has every attribute, and seems to love training as well. I think he improves the side, when he is ready to play consistently senior footy.
Good height, great speed/endurance combo and an assured kick. His one-two rebounds from half-back are a sight.

Disagree about Oleg. Was playing very well before he did his medial ligament. Has a lot of upside. There was strong interest from other clubs in him but he decided to stay. Menadue was lucky though.

He’s training the house down. 4 or 5 days ago there was an article on afl.com which said he was a standout alongside Ellis and Lambert in time trials.
2019 will be the year he cements his position as long as he can stay on the track.He’s just had no continuity in his footy, one injury after another.
Was at the AGM last night and spoke briefly to Blair, who said Oleg has stepped it up at training.
