An absolute privilege to have him play at Adelaide. I remember when we drafted him (number 10 from memory, but could be wrong). At the time Danger was still at school and many screamed foul because Ebert was available and we picked a school kid. Holy crap though. He is the best AFL player that I have seen play since Wayne Carey! That being said one of the best nights was watching him against Sloane in the 2017 prelim when the two best mates crashed into each other and Sloane got up first and we smashed the Cats. But yeah, I rate Danger higher than both Abletts! Absolute gun and I honestly wish him well in his 350th

This is kind of like the last couple of years for Ablett and Hawkins IMO - where the pressure is off, the player is still playing so well, and there is just this sense that we are finally just appreciating how good a champion is while we have him.
There were plenty of harsh markers of PFD even on this board since he came in 2016. I think we're only now starting to appreciate the difference he has made at Geelong.
