Run and carry was awesome, looks quick, backed himself, but his disposal gee reckon hes one of the best in the team already. Starting on the ground in my fantasy team.

He looks a deadset wingmen to me with that spread and run. Kicking is more than a bonus.

Medium term he might be best at wing but right now we need him and McK when fit playing HB, two of Hansen/Powell/Stephens (opposition dependent) on the wing, FOS through midfield (tagging Butters game 1), Jy riding the pine and Daniel looking less lost in the VFL IMO.

We have been crying out for more guys who run both ways, can win the ball and can use it when they have it. It looks like we have lucked into another one. We just need Clarko to bite the pill that it is a hard running, athletic game now and get over trying to carry older athletic passengers for ‘know-how’.

Blamires fully deserves to play week one. Will he? A test for Clarko as to whether he can see the obvious with both him and Trembath v Daniel and Darling.
