I understood what you posted, just not how it was relevant to this case.

Like a lot of comments in this thread and forum, they don’t always have absolute relevance. There can be seperate topical conversations which you are allowed to refrain from commenting on.

You should know this from trolling through every thread with your cereal box plastic sheriffs badge on.

Hmm, this is just eerie. While my opinion is that if we ever find out what happened to Gus, based on usual circumstances and precedent it will be due to human agency.

However, there are exceptional cases which can occur from time to time. I`m still thinking about Patrick Hildebrand who disappeared on a walking trail suitable for children, just ahead of one of his sisters when he went around a bend.

From what I`ve read in a couple of different sources, his family especially his mother were too close not to have missed a stranger carrying him away or grabbing him to take away when they joined the sister. It just was not the kind of trail where he could be concealed when the family quickly arrived at the point he should have been when he rounded that bend.

I also recently was chatting with somebody I know whose deceased father as a young policeman worked in an outback area somewhere in Australia. Her father was a very rational person and very skeptical about anything that didn`t fall within normal parameters. He believed that the simplest, most logical explanations were the truth.

But he told her that he had a few strange experiences in the outback which he could never explain including odd lights in areas with no military installations nearby and no mines or natural features that could be the reason they were around.

There were also areas where the local Aboriginal people didn`t like going or avoided altogether and while he put it down to their beliefs at first, he said in one such place he and his fellow officer literally felt anxious for no visible reason and had goosebumps on what was a very hot day.

I don`t know if that area in Yunta has anything unusual connected with it but while it seems very unlikely, perhaps Gus` case does fall into that rare unexplained category.

Check out the background radiation readings in case of aliens/ufo abdction, or maybe the yowie mistook his hair for a sheep.

There's a snake in my boot (don't tell Josie)

And yes, my comment is irrelevant to the case 😀

There are satellites which track across the area during the year. Not sure how good the ground vision is. It would be good for the authorities to check, if they are not currently in the process of doing so. Would data be available since say March 2025 when it is suggested that photo of little Gus was taken? Painstaking job, but it could show maybe all the vehicle movements across the property. If little Gus is eventually found much further out from the original search strip, a vehicle would perhaps needed to be used to transport him. Maybe Jeff Wise for MH370 could give us some pointers re satellite evidence. Even in the outback, can't really hide from those technological eyes in the sky.

I still can't get my head around Gus's dad staying at Gus's grandmas place in Adelaide, if it's true.
And the mum is somewhere different again with Gus's little brother?

Gotta subscribe to read it
Oh yeah that’s weird, it opened for me earlier. I didn’t copy it sorry. It said something about Shannon and Josie shopping for groceries, chatting with friends in the carpark and having a meeting in a diner with a man they allege is from ElectraNet (electricity supplier?)
If true, I guess it’s back to business on the farm. I was hoping it was a private tracker/investigator, but seems not.

I'll expect your badge on my desk first thing tomorrow morning. Your Colt 45 water pistol too.

Why?

He's probably with Gus's mother and his smaller son. Seems like a decent decision to make.

Says in the video that Jess and one year old Ronnie remain at the station. So maybe they never left?
Not much new info but some more good footage of the area. Thanks for the update Karleigh Smith of Daily Mail.

Is it unusual that the the mother of a missing child makes zero public appearances?
Pretty much unheard of in Australia. Of course, it may have happened but was not reported due to legal restrictions on the mother or the media.
Note that in this case certain things have been attributed to 'the family' which may include say, a grandparent speaking on behalf of the mother.
But yes, I would say very unusual.
