He is an absolutely freakish mark. Even thought it was just VFL level, none of those players got close to outmarking him or spoiling him in that clip.
Has a very strange routine kicking for goal. He seems to get very close to the man on the mark.

I would rather go into the game with an extra runner. I want someone like Jetta/Coyler back into the side. It'll be no good having big Joe in the forward 50 if we can't get it past the centre.

Watching his VFL hightlights, he is just so much taller then any of the defenders. How are they supposed to stop someone who is 30cm taller than them and takes marks with his arms stretched out.

I personally hope they don't debut him in the GWS game. Would love for him to come in a for a big game, either this week or maybe the geelong game.

All jokes aside.. this kid is impressive.. impressive last year and has just kept on with it this year in the VFL.. looks like a really likely type.

No need to rush him (although we can all dream) and he can build nicely into a career.. I would love to see him get some games in the middle of the season when the pace is a little slower generally..

It's amazing the hype. Every week we have journos asking about Joe. The hype all around the league to see him is huge.

I would love and hope that we give him a game against GWS.

I'd expect he'll debut against either Brisbane in round 9 or Gold Coast in Round 12. Can't see him doing it against GWS because we've already got Hurley, Fletcher and Kommer coming back.
