Mental health is thrown around a lot. Everyone has mental health issues. Humans aren’t meant to be under so much pressure every day.

It’s your coping mechanisms or how you deal with these pressures.

You tend not to think rationally when you’re in a state. Some time away from the club and talking to people may be enough rather than him packing his bags. A move interstate will not change your state of mental health in the long term.

Apparently an announcement may happen tonight:

Highly doubt Lloyd is in the loop, but we'll see.

There’s no actual quote from Lloyd in the story. He made a comment this morning that this stuff normally happens after a BnF. I assume that’s where they got that from.

Ah sorry - Richestan is a reference to Chris Hedges (Amercian Journalist) description of where .02% of Americans live. The ones with the money :)

Probably not a well known enough source to use - sadly!

Edit; I agree on Parramatta btw. We often stay there when in Sydney. Earthy with everything you need. Reminds me a bit if Carlton for some reason - could be the Melbourne Uni multicultural influence perhaps.
Both Newtown and Parramatta have a 'townie' feel about them to me, without being conservative. I don't go to Sydney often because it sux so bad, but I won't shirk Parramatta or Newtown. There are probably other cool places but I haven't the patience for Sydney to spend my time finding them.

So I saw another photo of him and he's definitely the only player not wearing a club tie...
Just a plain black tie. No logo like the rest.

I know it may not mean anything, but it does feel like he's leaving to me.

If Joe doesn’t say he’s staying at the b n f, he’s gone. Same for Fantasia or Fantaseeya, or whatever his name is this week.

Why would two contracted players who don't win awards announce anything at the best and fairest?

As for the tie business, get a grip.

Really? That is actually weird af
Yeah it's strange. It could be that he didn't have it with him. Even if he was leaving, it's a strange choice to specifically choose not to wear the club tie when everyone else did.

May be a coincidence. May be deeper than that, but I guess we'll know in the next couple of weeks.

Maybe, just maybe, with all the speculation and silence from these two, it would be a great opportunity to show some respect to the club and members? Rather than pocket large wads of cash over two years for next to little return from JD and do a complete 180 back flip from the other bloke. Is a modicum of honesty too much to expect?

It's just an observation. I don't believe anyone said he is going to leave because of a tie.
Discussions will happen on a football forum.
