So any reliable source? Or jumping at shadows?

Actually JD being out along with T-Bell puts great pressure on Ryder - Also means that carlisle will need to ruck. Think we need to bite the bullet and restructure the team next week.

Will he be back for the Sydney game?

Would be a huge help with the form Carlisle is in atm

We've got two weeks to think about the structure. Sure was ****ing terrible tonight which didn't help with Fletcher and Hbberd having stinkers.

I thought 'hot spots' were more foot type injuries? From over-use or strain rather than impact..

Sounds more like he got a knock on the shoulder at training..

Hope he is right sooner rather than later.

why are we pretending that we dont already know the issues

Bellchambers really should be the person coming in for Daniher. He has had such a poor year.
due to injury should be put in there

Following consultation with the club’s medical team, Essendon forward Joe Daniher will undergo surgery on his fractured clavicle tomorrow.

Club doctor Bruce Reid said the surgery will shorten Daniher’s time on the sidelines.

“Joe will have a plate and screws inserted to strengthen his clavicle,” Reid said.

“It’s not invasive surgery and the positive news is it will shorten Joe’s recovery period. I would say Joe could be back within three weeks.”

The club will provide an update on all injuries including its injury list on Tuesday afternoon on essendonfc.com.au.

Far from ideal but it sounds as though he'll be able to maintain his fitness, freshen up his body and get some form back before the finals. It could do him the world of good.

Seems like he will definitely miss one more or possibly a second. Will create issues with our structure, especially ruck support for Ryder.
