The St Kilda flogs seem to think that we live in their shadows and celebrated an immoral Grand Final victory last year, as well as maintaining some kind of obsession for them. Not a moment had passed from their game against Freo before they were already on their high horse on their board, calling us feral and flogs, etc. The sad thing is, no Pies supporters had been on their board, yet they were already on the defensive.

I challenge all Pies board members lurk but not post in any Saints thread this week and keep all discussions to preview/game day threads on our board. It will 5hit em right up the wall knowing that they are insignificant to us.

Also, if they come along here with their feeble attempts to troll, ignore it completely.

Good times to be had.

I agree with your recommended action (although not its premise), but I doubt this board as a whole has the maturity to ignore (and refrain from) childish name calling and insults.

I do think this board is a far richer place, however, when the posters are here for genuine discussion and debate rather than to stir the pot and engage in internet jousts...

I hope that your action is followed though.

it took the saints 3 and a half quarters to shrug off an injury ravaged freo in melb, a freo missing sandilands and his understudy in griffin. they will be lucky to get within 100 pts of coll this fri night. seriously

I've been on their board and apart from a few, the usual suspects, most of them are quite realistic about the sides prospects this week.

I'd be expecting some fairly reasoned posts from anyone other than their Pies-obsessed rectal bleeder brigade.

The main board will be different no doubt.

That post was the impetus for my challenge. They are expecting it so what better way to frustrate them than to not give them what they "want".

Seriously, lets just go and cheer our gaols, abuse the umpire when he pay's it against us and look forward to the finals. This week is just another game we don't even have to win.
