For those interested, from our best fit 22 we had the following players missing: Bruce, McDonald, Green, Carroll, Sylvia, Bartram, Pickett, and Yze.

We did notice you were all lacking.
Though thanks for not forfeiting . We needed an oppurtunity to test our newbies. Thankyou all for a reasonably good match.

You see that just annoys me. Yeah Melbourne were missing some fuc**ng quality players but Geelong were also missing G.Ablett, Harley, Rooke, Kelly, S.Johnson and J.Hunt who would also be in the first 22. Its not about who you are mssing but who you have to fill those positions.

Im not having a go at the Demons because they are a bloody hard head side, but supporters need to start seeing the game from the other teams perspective as well.

WTF? I would have thought a Geelong player would know about preseason versus the real season. Get a life.
