Caught this video on channel 10 news the other night -

The problem I found though is that it was the final story of the bulletin (the usual 'feel good story' after the weather). It ended with the news reporter making a witty comment and laughing.

However, if the role was reversed and it was a guy hitting the bride, the video would have probably been the first story of the bulletin.

Why is it deemed socially acceptable for a woman to hit a man? You often see in movies a woman slap a guy across the face. Not sure if it's happened to anyone, but it f--king hurts (and it wasn't warranted). Other way around, all hell would break loose.

That said, I think any violence towards women is one of the lowest things possible. But it should work both ways.

I agree with you completely. It shouldn't be acceptable for women to hit men (one of the main reasons is that the man isn't allowed to defend himself).

I was at a pub band night a couple of years ago and a drunk group of girls had just walked in. One who was obviously the clown of their group nonchalantly stuck her hand down the front of my pants as her back was to me, under my jocks and grabbed the jewels. We hadn't said a word to each other before that.

A good chance a guy would go to jail over that but it's a joke the other way around.

I don't think they should have it both ways. There's a lot more I could say but we've gone so far down the garden path I'd be branded a rape condoner just for suggesting that double standards aren't on and perhaps women should cop a bit of what men are expected to without making a crime scene out of the incident.

And do you reckon that guy who laid charges against the stripper really consented to having a dildo stuck in his butt?

I haven't got sound at the moment so not sure if that is the news story about the guy committing bigamy.

If it is that one, I thought at the time why would they even bother going to the wedding, just should have been thankful they are rid of the moron & now he's some other womans problem.
