I didn't ever think he was necessarily a squib at Tigerland, Dan, but he did have a serious rep for "hospital passes" which usually ended up with team-mates in the hands of club trainers. His own sense of self-preservation somehow never rewally transferred into his treatment of his colleagues on the footy ground.
