My aunt is the same. She lived in mount gambier for most of her life, is not in any way British, but she sounds it pretty much perfectly. Damn South Australians.
French is the best accent imo. German is a horribly disgusting accent, with a worse language.
As others have mentioned British for a girl is good.

Makes you wonder how SA became the bogan hellhole that it is.Same as my father who was born in South Australia
My theory on why they have a cultivated accent is because South Australia was never a convict colony, which made it an elitist and upper class colony thus producing their accent.

Can listen to an Eastern European babe all day. The Queen's English is like music to the ear. Don't mind the saffer accent but it's definitely not my favourite. The softly spoken Welsh accent is definitely underrated imo.
Might throw a curveball and mention the Anglo-Indian accent. Indian babes who are well educated are a massive turn on.
Hate - Scottish, Northern Englanders, Germans, Swedes and South Australians.
Nah you monkeys butcher Her Majesty's English and turn it into a bad caricature. Most South Australians I've heard speak sound like Christopher Pyne though, so my perception of your accent might be tainted.Bit of a contradiction there matey. I grant you there are some well spoken Victorian's but they are in the minority. Even the well educated and privately schooled Malbunite's still get their A's and E's mixed up. And it's here and beer, not heyah and beyah.
Good: French (by daylight and some more), southern English, well spoken Scottish, Eastern European (think Ana Ivanovic), Russian (think Anna Kournikova), Spanish, Dutch, some American.
Bad: South African, Kiwi, German. All awful.
Colombian.
Gloria from modern family has a great accent. I think it's Colombian.
Maybe you have the Alexander Downer Adelaide accent?
Bad: South African,

Step me through how 'beer' and 'Melbourne' should properly be pronounced.
He's from Mirfield in West Yorkshire, more BBC than Yorkshire in terms of accent though.
Yeah, he doesn't sound very much like a Yorkshireman. Michael Parkinson is a Yorkshireman and his accent sounds noticeably different to Patrick Stewart's. Hmm ....
